Accessibility Statement for EverChew

EverChew is committed to providing an accessible and user-friendly experience for all customers. We believe everyone should be able to research, select, and purchase our products online with as few barriers as possible.

We're a small business and our website is an ongoing, evolving project. As we grow, we continue work to improve accessibility across our online store, content, and customer support.

Our accessibility goal

Our goal is for our site to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, and alternative input devices.

What we're working on

We're actively working to:

  • Improve color contrast and text legibility.
  • Ensure key content and functionality are available with a keyboard.
  • Provide meaningful headings and consistent page structure.
  • Add or refine alt text for images, especially product photos.
  • Make forms (such as checkout) easier to understand and use with assistive technologies.

Because our site changes as we add or update products, some pages or features may not (temporarily) be fully accessible. When we find an issue, we prioritize fixes based on customer impact, and we work to address them reasonably and quickly.

We try to respond to accessibility-related inquiries within 3 business days and will do our best to provide a solution or a suitable alternative.

Third-party content and apps

Our website uses third-party apps or services (for example, payment processors, embedded content, or marketing tools). While we can't control the accessibility of these apps, we consider accessibility when choosing such tools.  We also try to change the user interface of these tools (apps) to make your experience better. 

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility isn't a one-time project for us at EverChew. We continue to review our site and make improvements over time so that our site remains easier to use.

We run audits and save the results on a regular basis.  The last audit results were saved on 23 Jan 2026.
